

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Framic Films and the Client booking wedding photography services. By booking our services, paying a deposit, or signing a contract, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The client should inform us about all the events and dates in detail before booking.
2. All unedited soft copies of the captured photos will be delivered within 7-10 days from the last day of the event via cloud drive. The clients are requested to download all the photos within a week from the date of receiving the drive link.
3. You'll have to select the photos for print within 3 months. We'll start editing your project after you send us the selected files.
4. You'll get the whole delivery within 2 months from the day you send us the selected photos. (If you can't do the selection within 3 months, then it'll be hard or may not be possible for us to maintain the 'within 2 months' deadline. And you will be subject to the current pricing plans of the album companies.)
5. You'll have to pay 50% of the total package amount as an advance for booking, 40% by the end of the shoot (the last day of your event), and the rest 10% after we send you the preview copy.
6. Framic Films reserves the rights to all the images and film content. We might be using some part of the content to promote our work on social media/website, etc. A nondisclosure agreement can be signed to restrict the usage of images or film by paying an additional 20% fee of the package amount.
7. Event venue, decor, costume, and makeup are substantial resources for good event photography.
8. We reserve a slot of 1 hour for creative couple portraits of the bride and groom, and up to a 45-minute slot to take formal portraits of the family members. Full effort is taken to ensure that these images are made effectively without any contingencies. However, Framic Films will not be held responsible for any misses in case the family/couple misses the portrait time allotted.
9. Cancellation Terms: If a client cancels their booking for any reason, the advance amount is partially refundable.
(A) If the cancellation occurs within 2 months of the booking date, 30% of the booking amount will be refunded.
(B) If the cancellation occurs within 4 months of the booking date, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded.
(C) If the cancellation occurs within 1 month before the event date, 10% of the booking amount will be refunded.
(D) If the cancellation occurs from our side, the booking amount is fully refundable.
(E) Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and our approval.
(F) Should clients decide to continue booking our services for their upcoming events after canceling their initial booking, they will be subject to the current pricing plans.
(G) The new event date must be within 6 months of the initial event date. If so, then the cut-off amount of the initial booking will be adjusted with the new booking amount. If the new event date is beyond these 6 months, the booking amount will not be adjusted.
10. Travel & Accommodation: Travel, Accommodation, & Food for the team should be arranged by the client. (We require a separate room in or near the venue on the event dates.)
11. Team: We customize a team depending on your requirements. A team of 4-5 members is good enough for both sides wedding assignment, we can also get a bigger team if needed.
12. Changes in Edit: All the films and albums will be allowed one round of change. You have to inform us about the changes within 10 days of delivery. If one round change is exceeded will be based on extra charges.
